Live demo
A letting agency in Ntinda, already running
Ntinda Property Managers (Demo) keeps five landlords' buildings in Estate Ledger, with their tenants and a year of rent. Every person and figure is made up. Take a payment, chase the arrears, settle a deposit, read a landlord's statement. Nothing to sign up for.

Each one has its own sign-in (the address under its name) with this password, so you can also sign in by hand. Each sees only what the role allows: the caretaker only their buildings.
By hand, tenants and landlords sign in at the tenant and landlord sign-in, and see only their own figures.

Good to know
Every person is made up
The landlords, the tenants, their phone numbers and the amounts are invented. Nobody's real rent is in it.
Nothing leaves it
No money can be paid out from it, and the sign-ins and settings stay as they are for the next visitor.
Your own account is separate
When you are ready, set up your own. Its books start empty, only your staff can see them, and they stay.
