The plans
Every plan has the whole rent book: properties, tenants, bills, payments and receipts, arrears, deposits, landlord statements, repairs, meters and reports. The larger plans add units, staff and file storage, and the paid plans add tenants’ and landlords’ own portals.

Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan.
Are tenant and landlord portals on the Free plan?
No. They are on the paid plans and the trial. On the Free plan, receipts and reminders reach tenants on WhatsApp or SMS from your own phone.
What counts as a unit?
Every room, flat, house, shop, office or stall you manage, let or vacant, unless you switch it off.
How long is the trial?
30 days, with tenants' and landlords' own sign-in on: long enough to bring your buildings in and take a month of rent.
How do we pay?
From inside your account, by mobile money or card. A year costs ten months.
Do tenants and landlords use up staff logins?
No. Their portal sign-ins are their own, never staff logins, and the plan does not count them.
What if we grow past our plan?
Rent, receipts and every payment carry on. Only adding units, staff or files asks you to move up a plan first.
