An Android app is coming. It is not released yet and is not on Google Play. Until it is, the web portal works in the browser of any phone or computer.

What works today
In the browser of any phone or computer, with a connection:
- Payments and receipts, with the receipt shared on WhatsApp or SMS from your own phone.
- Meter readings and repair requests, for the buildings a caretaker looks after.
- Everything at the office: leases, arrears, landlord statements, reports and imports.
What to plan around
Until the app is released:
- A connection is needed. Without one, nothing can be recorded.
- Printing is from the browser. Open the receipt as a PDF and print it on any printer your phone or computer can reach.

Which phones does it work on?
Any phone with a browser and a connection, Android or iPhone, and any computer.
Is there anything to install?
No. Open the web portal in the browser and sign in.
Can tenants use it on a phone?
Yes, on the paid plans. A tenant or a landlord signs in to their own portal in the browser and sees only their own figures.
