For letting agencies

For letting agencies

You collect for many landlords, keep a commission and pay each one the rest, every month. Estate Ledger is built around that month.

Your month, in order

The same four steps every month, each one in the same books.

  1. Bills are raised. A few days before each period, for every lease.
  2. Rent comes in. At the office, to a caretaker, by mobile money and at the bank, each payment with a receipt.
  3. Arrears are chased. Oldest first, with every promise logged.
  4. Landlords are paid. Each statement shows the commission on every line, then the payout.

Roles for your staff

A property manager can do everything. An accountant collects, bills, reverses, pays landlords and runs reports. A caretaker sees only their buildings, and collects, reads meters and reports repairs. Each person has their own sign-in.

Landlords who stop phoning

On the paid plans, each landlord can have a sign-in to their own portal, with their statements, payouts and which units are let.

From one building to two thousand units

Plans go by the units you manage. Add landlords, buildings and staff as you grow, with nothing to move.
